Return Policy for Keola’s Mochi & Eats

All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@keolaseats.com. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return of a defective item:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A photo of the defect or damage may be required for review.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Our return mailing address is: 7633 S 126th St, PO Box 78432, Seattle, WA 98178-9998

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (such as food)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@keolaseats.com.
